I followed the daily regular schedule of workout. Normally I would rest on the
rest/stretch day. I skipped a whole week of workouts in the 2nd stage, due to

I followed the daily regular schedule of workout. Normally I would rest on the
rest/stretch day. I skipped a whole week of workouts in the 2nd stage, due to
an injury, but overall I stuck with it. As far as food, I made the mistake of
eating sometimes only once a day, and it wasn't beneficial, since I didn't lose
a lot of weight and I always felt weak. Now I am on a 5-times a day routine. I
stick to the ladder, since I don't have time for the nutrition guide.
