Looking to get very fit, for health, dance, and to feel good. I will mainly
concentrate on strength building, and might miss cardio and stretch stuff. I do
dance 4 days a week, so do a lot of stretching and a bit of getting the heart rate
up. I also do pilates 1 day a week, and yoga a few times a week were I can fit it
in.
