More statistics| Airbornec507 I've been in the National Guard For 11 years and counting and ever since college I've stayed fit but have gained a lot of fat. I think my diet is mostly to blame. My busy lifestyle has kept me from eating and working out consistantly but this program seems to work. My buddy and I have both started this program and keep each other to the program for the most part. I've joined this forum to gain My Progress My fitness goal: Transformation story
