I've been in the National Guard For 11 years and counting and ever since college I've stayed fit but have gained a lot of fat. I think my diet is mostly to blame. My busy lifestyle has kept me from eating and working out consistantly but this program seems to work. My buddy and I have both started this program and keep each other to the program for the most part. I've joined this forum to gain

Thus far in week 2 I've lost just over 10lbs and feel great. I was in decent shape when I started and have already gotten to the point of matching the instructors in the workouts. I'm thinking of going to two-a-days after the first month. We'll see. I may implement some of my own stuff for this. Like running on workout days or days I'm off. Not sure. I'll need some advice on this. I need to keep my run-time down as I'm in the military and have to run in our PT test. My goal is to stay lean and strong without gaining more mass than I already have but gaining streangth at the goal size of just under 180lbs.
