I am a 44 year old insurance executive with a lot of stress in my life. I am fairly active on the weekends but totally sedintary during the week. I find it discouraging that good tasting food is so cheep and readily availble. My weight has climed over the last 20 years and I am now at an all-time high of 250 lbs. I have commited to the P90 program and will make a strong effort to see it

I am just getting started. I have stuck to the two day fast. Done my grocery shopping for the no-carb 6-day fat burning diet and fortunately all of the food looks good and appetizing. Did my 1st P90 workout last night and it was difficult but not too bad. My balance is off and needs work and I need to drop the weight down from 15 to 10 lbs on the dumbbells. Could barely do pushups and reverted to the knee posture to get through them. Focused and on my way.
