I am so excited to be a new Beachbody Coach. It's an opportunity to help others with their health, fitness, and "looking good" goals. I'm a P90X grad currently in phase 2 of my second round. I am seeing even better results the 2nd time around than the first (as if that were possible!).

5/22/2009. I am definitely a work in progress. In the last month, I've lost 11 lbs, my waist as shrunk 2 inches, and my biceps have gained 1.5 inches. I've gone from 20% bodyfat to 15.4% and that's improving each and every day. I feel incredible.

7/13/2009. I have not taken any measurements in a couple of months or taken any new pictures. That's coming soon. But I do want to say that yesterday I bought a new pair of shorts, and was able to buy a 30-inch waist size. I've really met my goal there! It's not like I'm getting skinny either because I'm wearing large size shirts and they are getting tight in the arms, chest, and neck. Plus, I have not lost any weight in the last 2 months...only inches in my waist. I'm feeling so good and can't wait to get new numbers posted!
