I started working out in 2008 after being admitted to the hospital. At the time, I thought I was having a heart attack and it turned out to be acid reflux. My doctor (at time time) told me that I was on a fast road to killing myself if I kept abusing my body the way I was. So, I decided that I was not going to be fat anymore. I started working out in June 2008 (lost 40 lbs). By February, I couldnt seem to do much more on my own. So I obtained a trainer from the gym and lost 40 more lbs then I plateaued with her too. I finally felt like I could do P90X and I asked my two sisters to join in with me in December 2010. We have remained focused on our transformation and keep each other committed and accountable. We have completed three rounds of P90X, Insanity, P90X2 and RevAbs. Currently, I am doing Body Beast. To date I have lost over 130 lbs and I am proud to say that I am almost where I want to be. Beachbody products have changed my life and I look forward to helping others on their journey to a healthier lifestyle as a beachbody coach! Remember " There is no finish line! "
