I started working out in 2008 after being admitted to the hospital. At the time, I thought I was having a heart attack and it turned out to be acid reflux. My doctor (at time time) told me that I was on a fast road to killing myself if I kept abusing my body the way I was. So, I decided that I was not going to be fat anymore. I
