I am a 20 year old Juinor at UC Santa Cruz. I have been active all my life, but since going to college I have not only put on some extra LBS, but also become very unhealthy. I am ready to start a new healthy lifestyle, and hopefully a new body comes along with it ;P

Growing up, I was never the "skinny" girl, but I never really considered myself extremely over weight either. I was a very active kid. I played competitive soccer from the time I was 10 til the time I More ...
Growing up, I was never the "skinny" girl, but I never really considered myself extremely over weight either. I was a very active kid. I played competitive soccer from the time I was 10 til the time I graduated High School, softball all my life and tennis. When I went to college I quit playing sports, and that's when all the weight just piled on. It was then that I realized that playing sports all my life had saved me from becoming as big as a house. Although I saw my weight getting higher and higher, I never took the initiative to do anything about it. By the end of my Freshman year I tipped the scales at 193. YIKES! That summer I went to the doctor and he wanted me to get blood work done for the first (for the first time). The results were bad, and at this point I knew that I had to do something about my weight, because I was no longer healthy. I did well and got down to 174 by the end of summer, and even ran a 7K in October with my boyfriend. Going through my Sophomore year, I was able to maintain my weight loss, and even lose more, until February. Now I am 20 years old, heading into my Junior year, and all the weight is back. I need to get healthy, and I believe ChaLEAN Extreme can help me get there. And, having a new slim body to show off won't be bad either :)
