I am a 38 year old mother of 2 girls. I have always been physically active and have played softball all my life. I love going to the gym and it's one of my favorite things to do..After several years of going to the local Y, I decided that I needed some new motivation and a jump start at something different. I have been working for 3 weeks and getting ready to start my 4th on P90X. My downfall is the diet. I have altered my eating but I have not followed the diet at all. I have started as of today More ...
I have been working for 3 weeks and getting ready to start my 4th on P90X. My downfall is the diet. I have altered my eating but I have not followed the diet at all. I have started as of today following a much better diet and hopefully going into phase 2 and phase 3 will see a drastic body change. I can tell already in my arms legs and waist. I have a very muscular build and carry excess weight in my abdomen. That is slowly dwindling down but the part that kind of turns me a little off is the tightness in my pants through the butt and quad region. I am going to ramp up my cardio as well this week and add 2-3 mornings of running since I am a runner and try to shed some of the excess fat that is hanging on and to try and see some more of the definition come through instead of the bulk
