I am a single auto worker in Indiana. I have lost quite a bit of weight, but I
have reached a plateau and I am stuck. I need some new ideas and support.
My goal is to lose between 15 to 20lbs...but my ultimate goal is to tone up my
body. I walk 5 miles everyday, but that isn't getting me the results that I am
looking for. I stay away from sugar, fried foods, etc...but as I said, I have

I have lost over 100 pounds and have hit a brick wall and have stayed there
for quite some time even though I walk 5 miles a day, watch my diet, and try

I have lost over 100 pounds and have hit a brick wall and have stayed there
for quite some time even though I walk 5 miles a day, watch my diet, and try
my best to stay focused. I used to think that people that only needed to lose
20 pounds were complaining unnecessarily...but now that I am in that
position, I realize just how hard it is. I have come a long way, but I am still
not comfortable with where I am and I still have a dream of having toned
arms, legs, and a flat tummy! Yes for me...it's mainly about the toning,
tightening, and losing the last 20 pounds and getting my metabolism going
again! I know I can get over this hump...I just need to try something else. I
am open to any ideas, suggestions that anybody has. I have read on WOWY
about Yoga Booty Ballet??? I would be interested in things I can do at home
with my schedule and work commute. (I drive 1 1/2 hrs. each way to work) I
am also interested in any exercises with the bands...I had rotator cuff surgery
in January and I have the bands and lifting weights is sometimes difficult
since my surgery, so I'm open for ideas!I'm glad to be on the team and
welcome any help and look forward to making some good friends with similar
experiences and goals.
