Hi, my name is Ami, I live in Bakersfield CA. I have always been an avid fitness fanatic,however, the last few years have been probably the most challanging, and difficult that I can remember and therefore, fitness has competely taken a back seat. I have no energy, a general lack of interest in everything I do, including my job as a Realtor. I know now, I have got to do this for myself like i need air to breath. Im so excited to start setting goals,and get back on track, I almost can't stand it! I no longer want to feel I have to stay house bound whenever possible, because I'm embarrassed of how I've let myself go. My daughter just recently joined the USMC, and since has been attending all Physical fitness sessions, Not only does she look incredible.Her energy and enthusiasm is off the charts! Seeing the change in her, and her body take shape the way it has,only solidifies my need to get back into great physical condition! But this time, it's gonna be different, this time I'm gonna be in the best shape of my life! For my health, my job performance,my self image, and the sense of accomoplishment that comes with achieving your goals! I really can't wait to take this to the limit, and become me again!!!
