Growing up I was a very active child. Never spent too much time in front of
the TV. During high school I became active in martial arts and other sports. I
was working out 3-5 times a week then, probably sitting somewhere around
9% body fat. Then almost overnight, I dropped the routines.

Through college I fell into some bad habits and dined daily on fast food,
