I am a 47 year old mother of four ranging in age from 28 to 16. I also am the proud grandmother to six, all under the age of 4. I am a retail manager who has let my fitness take a back seat to the needs of everyone else and my age is starting to creep up on me. I want it to creep back from where it came from. I come from an unfit background, we didnt value exercise in the house where I grew up,

I come from an unfit background, we didnt value exercise in the house where I grew up, but I have to change that, basically im sick and tired of being sick and tired and would feel better being fit, I used to work out in my twenties and was really fit and felt great, I want that again.
