I've been in sports my whole life, therefore, I've also been fairly active my whole life. I can also say that I have been lean my whole life, in fact, the last 20 years I've weighed approximately the same, of course, give or take around the holidays! My biggest physical downfall would have to be that it takes me forever to put muscle on! I am 6' 2" and weigh 166. According to charts and even I've been in sports my whole life, therefore, I've also been fairly active my whole life. I can also say that I have been lean my whole life, in fact, the last 20 years I've weighed approximately the same, of course, give or take around the holidays! My biggest physical downfall would have to be that it takes me forever to put muscle on! I am 6' 2" and weigh 166. According to charts and even p90x booklets they say I should be an elite athlete! Looking at my photos that my husband took of me yesterday, I certainly do not look like one! I would love to lose a little of the fat weight that I have around my stomach, sides and thighs and gain a little more muscle weight. I also feel that being as tall as I am requires a little more stamina than the average women. My arms and torso are much longer which makes pull-ups, push-ups and ab exercises a bit more difficult. I guess that is why I am ready to take on p90x and the diet regimen! I would love to be able to do a pull-up...pathetic, isn't it? So, pull-ups, here I come! Bring it, don't sing it!!!

First of all, I've been an athlete my whole life. My biggest physical downfall is that I am 6' 2" and weigh 166. I cannot do 1 pull-up! I am considered lean, but my photos that my husband took of me yesterday prove that I have some work! I know that being tall will require a little more effort because of my long arms and torso but I am up for the challenge. I really want to gain muscle and lose some extra fat that I have stored along the way. Upper body strength and losing fat weight are my main goals. I am ready for the challenge.
