I am 28 years old. I am a mother of 3 girls. I am a graphic designer with my own company Kelly's Kartoons. My original goal was to be a size 8 by my wedding September 23rd. My wedding has now been changed to April 23rd. My main focus right now is to stay with hip hop abs and keep a size 8 at least till April 23rd. I am a size 11/12 now. I would like my stomach to be tight and hopefully get my butt to reverse this gravity stage it is starting to fall into. I am a very social person so if anyone wants to write me and give me tips or just make a new friend feel free to.

Transformation story

I stared hip hop abs and my diet of fruits and veggies a lil over 2 months ago. I started at 161 lbs. A size 11/12. My measurements were chest 42, waist 35, hips 45. I have discovered that I can do the tilt tuck & tighten just about anywhere I go whether I am sitting or standing. I have done this about 6+ times a day.I was able to got on the scale a couple of days ago and it said 156. My chest now is a 41 (that I am not proud of loosing) My waist is unbelievably a 30! My hips are now a 40! My size 9's are now starting to get loose on me I don't believe I am in a size 8 yet. I still have 76 days to get there. I bought a new outfit today for loosing all the weight I went from a size large shirt and now fit in a medium WITHOUT MY STOMACH POPPIN OUT! My shorts have gone from a size 11/12 to A SIZE 9! All I have is one size to reach my goal! I know now that I will get there. Thank you Shaun!
