We make our image by the way we treat ourselves, others and in our appearance. Believe it or not, generally overweight people project very different images then physically fit people.

I started with 90 days of P90X Lean program and am currently working out with a second round of the same.

But it's not just working out. It's nutrition. After my first round I fell off the wagon and put a little weight back on. I learned during my first round that nutrition is 75% of your results. It truly is. When I first started working out, the weight came off very slowly because I was not keeping a close watch on what I was eating. I severly underestimated the amount of calories I was taking in and the portions I was eating. Then I started watching every single solitary calorie that went into my mouth. The weight started melting off! What a difference nutrition makes.

Now during my second round, my lesson learned is consistancy. Find ways to stay motivated and work out consistently. It doesn't end with one round of P90X. You can't just say "I've reached my goal" and quit. If motivation and consistency slip, the weight will slowly start building again.

Just the sheer fear of putting weight back on has motivated me to start a second round and mix it up with running.
