I'm single and working two jobs at times. I once was active in running consistantly and biking occasionally. I loved to hike. I had gotten in the habit of not watching what I ate, because I ate on the go alot and made little time for myself personally.
Now Beachbody has helped me to focus in scheduling my time to reflect the need to prioritize my health by exercising. I access the fitness

I got into beachbody because I saw a need to change my fast paced life to being more healthy. I wasn't getting to that point on my own and I saw a program that was able to change the lives of others.

Yet seeing and understanding what the need to be healthy is and doing what is necessary to achieve the need is different as night is to day.

My life was/is jam packed, but whose life is not? It came down to changing priorities. I had a catalyst to help with coming to that conclusion in the form of now being a Diabetic Type 2.

So now biking 15 miles isn't an issue, nor is doing Shaun T's Insanity. Now it is not a matter of the first flash of excitement, but a constant obtaining of a goal. Now is the start of change.
