I am a wife and the mother of a son, Tyler. I am a native of Colorado and live on the Western Slope in the small town of Paonia. All three of us love the outdoors and enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, rock crawling and horseback riding.

About two years ago I began working out at a local gym and saw a huge difference in my energy level. Unfortunately, I canceled my membership because of the cost, both monthly dues and the fuel expense. I purchased a weight machine and did fairly good for a while, but I have a hard time staying motivated working out by myself.

I never felt the need to workout until recently. As I get older I am starting to gain a little weight and I have noticed a decrease in my strength. I've also realized that the overall benefits of regular exercise are undeniable.

I am really looking forward to getting in better shape and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
