More statistics| Anna63 Since the start of January I've committed to regular walking rather than working out at home (though I still do that when pressed for time or weather doesn't permit walking). Every single day I walk for at LEAST 1 hour, but usually 1.25 to 1.5 hours or more -- and it's working! I'm losing 3 pounds a week on average. Of course, I'm also watching what I eat and sticking to between 1600-1800 | ?
