I am a 47 year old female that never had to worry about weight until 7 years ago when I turned 40. It has been downhill from there on, and now it's time to climb over that mountain!

I have a closet full of size 8 clothes that I want to fit into again.

Day 28 - 1 x 10 minute trainer per day. Not much change in weight only a

couple pounds, kinda depressing, but I keep going.
Day 56 - 2 x 10 minute trainer per day. Wow, lost a few pounds, a couple of
inches, and the clothes are fitting a little looser. My energy level is getting
higher. I'm so happy I stuck with the program. I also started weight watchers
Core program. I follow it just a little, but it seems to help.
Day 84 - 2 x 10 minute trainer per day. Wow, lost a few more pounds, 12lbs
to be exact, and 10 inches off. Still happy that I stuck with the program.
Taking a break from 10-minute trainer, and hitting Turbo-Jam for the next 4
weeks. Tried Turbo a couple of years ago, but never got into it. After doing
trainer for 3 months, I am able to fly through 20 minute workout with no
problems. A lot of sweat, but energy to last all the way through. Looking
forward to dropping a few more pounds.

Day 112 - completed 4 weeks of Turbo Jam, but I'm very disappointed with
the results. I gained a couple of pounds back (Christmas holidays didn't
help), but I've found that I do not feel the workouts after completed. With
10-minute trainer I really felt the effects of the workouts. I did loose a
couple more inches though. I am returning to 10-minute trainer workouts
for the next four weeks, and am hoping to do 3 x 10-minute per day.

Day 140 - completed another round of 10-minute trainer 3 x 10-minutes per day. Missed several workouts due to being sick with a cold for the last 17 + days, but still plugging away. My husband is working out with me now, so this helps. Lost another 2 lbs, and only a couple of inches. We just received P90X in the mail today, so will start a 90 day circuit. Looking forward to it.

Day 168 - P90X - Well, we tried P90 X but I could not do the entire workout. A little too difficult and time consuming for me. Going to go back to 10-minute trainer - 3 x per day and doing the workouts in the early morning.
