After a bad car accident 2 years ago, I couldn't work out for over 3 months, then had more surgery 6 months later then out of commission again for another 3 months. I am feeling great, the arms and legs are getting ripped, the abs are coming out and most of my pants are too big.  I love this feeling!  What a high!
