I am 34 years old and in need to get my body back. I once was a three-sport star in high school and went on to play baseball in college. now at 34 I am all grown up and have a family with two handsome sons and a beautiful wife. Needless to say my body has started to slip away. I have decided it is time to get that body back. I am excited to start this journey and am sure to learn a lot about nutrition as well. I have tried eating healthier, but without a nutrition plan or recipes. This time I can't wait till I get the recipes and try the new food ideas.

I have made strides over the years, but couldn't consistently keep at the fitness routine. The nutrition in this plan is phenomenal as the guide is easy to follow, and the portion approach is also easy to understand after setting up a skeleton to follow. When I first looked on this site after being referred by a friend, I was so excited to get started. I knew right then that this is what I wanted to do and I saw many pictures of how I wanted to look. I enjoy the community here and the advice and support is top-notch. Now I'm ready to get that body back that I wanted thanks to Tony Horton and P90X. My transformation continues to progress and I am excited to share with you what I know to help yours begin and get the results that you desire.
