Hello, my name is Anthony Simmons and I currently live in Owatonna, MN. It was just 9 years ago when I was graduating highschool feeling like I was in perfect physical shape. After playing various sports throughout highschool and then going to College to play football I felt like I would never be "that out of shape individual". I was wrong. Since highschool I have put on 50 pounds of unwanted weight. Im sure there has been muscle growth as well , but needless to say I have been unhappy with my current weight for at least 5 years. Now being at the age of 27 and becoming a Father, I have realized that I want a healthier lifestyle for myself and for my family. About 4 months ago I was introduced to beach body and shakeology. For the first few months I drank shakeology the same way I handled everything else these past few year.... When i wanted to, worked out when I felt like it, so I really didnt see much change in my life so it just wasn't as important as it should have been. This last month I actually took it serious and commited to working out at least once a week and and replacing one meal a day with Shakeology, I am very happy to say I lost 13 pounds. Finally I have the motivation to better myself and help others around me do the same. I am currently working out to Insanity and I feel I will become a new man after completing it. My Goal is to lose weight and I now know it is possible. Wish me Luck !
