More statistics| AntiguaHoney As I've gotten older I steadily find that I tend to gain weight when I don't work out or watch what I eat. My body isn't the same as when I was younger and my mind has now come to terms with that. I started in 2009 and lost 20lbs reaching my goal but then got lazy and comfortable and back to the drawing board I go. This time around I won't make that mistake.
