I'm Debi. As you can tell from my accent I am English!! (but live in the US.) I needed to reclaim my body! I am just an average person, who was the standard US average size 12/14, and I wanted and still want to be healthier than that.

The story so far.... I am heavy, I have always been heavy, but when I hit the full term pregnancy weight MINUS a baby. I had to take back my life. Even when I was a gymnast, 20 years ago, and had 13% body fat was still 140lbs. For whatever reason, I am just heavy and the scales move VERY slowly for me. So I knew that I couldnt judge my success on the scales, because no matter how much I exercise, they just dont move much. So I am going to levels of health and inches lost. In THIRTY DAYS I lost 10.5 INCHES all over doing JUST 10 MINUTES a DAY!!! I am not stacking workouts YET (that comes this time around!). Literally in 10 minutes a day I lost 10.5 inches. For all you people out there who are in the same SLOOOOOOW to move on the scales boat with me, i say FORGET the scales, and LOOOK at the inches!!! Stay tuned as the journey continues!!! :)
