Here we go! I've been up and down for many years this time I think I finally have the right combination to claim ultimate fitness once and for all. I had to realize that I can't do it alone and that I need help and a supportive community like the P90X community. I had to relize that it is possible with consistant work and effort, just use the formula!! For ever I have been drawing all outside the lines trying to create my own solutions and now I'm going to trust the experts and let go and just do what the program says to do. I'm also going to quit making this a huge deal connected to all the times I've tried and failed. I'm just going to be happy that I am still trying. So I just took the before pictures, I've also decided to get honest and stop listening to people who say "ohhh, you don't look like you weigh that much" I'm done listen to others and I'm going to go by the numbers now and shed inches of fat and claim inches of muscle. What else? Oh I'm also reading books like Perfect Weight by Deepak Chopra so I will have a better understanding of the self love that is involved in getting a great physique. Oprah and the lot keep saying what is the deeper issue. Right now the only deeper issue I can see is I really enjoy eating and I'm not working out enough so clearly I'll have to keep looking. I'm also going to practice Kung Fu more on my own I go to class but I need more time practicing on my own. I really enjoy playing racketball and I can build a cardio workout around getting better at that. So I need to find a program that pull my rip cord as it were. I'm going to try my best to keep up with the tapes and just keep doing them at whatever level I can until I can really do them well.
