Then: I was born and raised in the river town of Vicksburg, MS I was a gymnast at the YMCA throughout jr./high school. I moved to Arkansas after graduation when my dad got a job with ANO. I got depressed and gained weight but I started working out at the gym, using Tae-Bo, then found P90 and worked my way back to healthy me I remembered. Work pace and demands picked up and I lost time for me, I stopped working out except for my late night run to help me sleep. When I let myself get too busy for that I started having problems, migraines that litterally paralyzed me, stressed to the max i started smoking after quitting for 4 years and I started gaining weight.

NOW:I'm a 33 yr old work-a-holic trying to change my ways. I work so much that when I'm at home I barely have time for anything else, much less feel like it...EXHAUSTED?! I WANT to be a mom soon and I feel so drained I don't think my body could handle a pregnancy. Not to mention the 20 lbs I've gained in the last 6 months...maybe stress, My work schedule has recently changed so I only work about 1/2 the month but it's 12 hour shifts, Those days will be tough but I feel like it will be excellent recovery for my energy levels. I also quit smoking 2 weeks ago and would like to be able to run again to relive my stress. With the help of Team Beachbody and Turbo Jam I'm ready to get my life back!
