More statistics| AviationWorkout Deerfield Beach, FL I'm a corporate pilot and FBO Manager working in S. Fla. I'm losing weight and getting into top shape... My First round of P90X I lost 42 lbs from 230lbs down to 188lbs Adding Shakeology I've lost another 13 on my second round of P90X. Currently at about the halfway point of my second round. Its not a round of P90X its a lifetime! For the overweight guys and gals out there. I My Progress My fitness goal: Lose Weight Transformation story
I don't quite have a story as of yet. But I started a few months ago at 215 and I'm down to 198ish... I started P90X on 8/31/09 and am excited to show off some real results.
