I'm 43 and feeling Awesome!! I discovered Beachbody during a time in my life where I was trying every diet program that existed and failed at it. Avoiding the gym because I felt fat and self conscious, I was embarrassed! I was tired of wearing a "Fat Suit."

An infomercial on Beachbody Slim in 6 program appeared one day and I took a chance. The Beachbody DVD's did for me, what no other program was able to. It was simple, fun and easy to follow in the comfort of my own home. It was just me and my Beachbody coach on TV. No pressure, just me and my determination.

I have now succeeded in embracing Beachbody into my daily life. Every morning I workout, which gives me focused clarity and energizes me for my work day ahead assisting others to Achieve Success.
