my name is nicole. I'm in the army currently stationed in Hawaii. I'm not to happy with my weight, thin I need to drop about 20-25lbs. I've been in the Army for 5 years. I wasd recently diagnosed with hyperthyrodism which may be turning into hypothyroidism, whaich means I will get as big as a house. I've been wroking with shaun t's hip hops abs but not everyday. so my results are a little slow. I

I've been wroking with shaun t's hip hops abs but not everyday. so my results are a little slow. I have lose 3lbs in a month. about 1 inch of my waist. I'm going for a 24-27 size waist line. Right noe it's a 34.50. I'm trying hard but it's a little difficult as a single mom. I have an eight year older and she needs me for everyting...lol mommy is her favorite word. She's my life though.
