Okay--here I go--FRESH START (Sept. 1st, 2009), and I HOPE I'm finally ready!

I am not a person that "hates" exercise; in fact, I have always felt my best when on a regular exercise regiment—strong, energetic, etc. My problem is "consistency" -- I begin a program and faithfully perform a rigorous routine for about 30-days, and drop out! Just when I’m starting to see results, and I can never understand why? I'm very muscular for a woman (though you can't tell by my horrid before pic), but have too much fat surrounding them!!! Well I’m done with that—today is a new dawn!!!!

My goals, like most everyone on the BeachBody programs, are to become healthy, drop those extra pounds keeping me from say a size 10 (got to be realistic here!), and finally be able to see those muscles. I have always dreamed of sculpted arms, thighs and back and I’m soooo hoping BeachBody can help me maintain the course and make my dream a reality!!!!

Okay, so my journey begins! ANYONE out there who is willing to be my mentor and keep me on course I’m waiting.
