July 11th of 2011 I decided to make a change in my life. I was tired of being sick and tired and wanted to get healthy again. The first day of starting back to the gym I gave up eating most of the bad foods for your body. The list includes but is not limited to: white bread, white flour, white pasta, white potatoes, white sugar, breaded foods and deep fried foods. In the first month I noticed a change in my mood and the way I felt about myself. I hired a fitness trainer for 2 months and lost a total of 50 pounds by the end of 4 months! At the start of the New Year, I purchased the Insanity program from Team BeachBody. I am looking forward to achieving my goal of losing a total of 90 pounds or getting down to under 10% bodyfat by my birthday in mid March.
