New York, NY Where do I start??? Well, my name is Paige Manley and I live in one of the most thrilling cities in the world, New York City! My life is hectic here in the big apple working as a dance teacher, choreographer, and actress but I still manage a healthy lifestyle. I joined Team Beachbody to not only change my body inside and out but to inspire others to see the positive change that you can make in Where do I start??? Well, my name is Paige Manley and I live in one of the most thrilling cities in the world, New York City! My life is hectic here in the big apple working as a dance teacher, choreographer, and actress but I still manage a healthy lifestyle. I joined Team Beachbody to not only change my body inside and out but to inspire others to see the positive change that you can make in life for yourself just by eating healthy and exercising! As a dance teacher my goal is to always push my students beyond what they think they can do, as I try by doing the same for myself. I started my INSANITY challenge August 20, 2010, with the help of my own Coach who is over 3,000 miles away! For me it's about the inner-push to help keep me going. I have always been the yo-yo dieter but as of a month ago I found a food plan that works for me! I eat mostly all organic foods, while staying away from sugar (especially high-fructose corn syrup; which actually slows down your metabolism and shoots up your blood sugar...to me, this is the worst ingredient to put into your body while trying to shed fat), I try and concentrate on eating enough protein with every meal to help burn fat faster, I eat 6 times a day which consists of 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. As you can see I'm making the change and SO CAN YOU! Just believe in yourself and remember that you create your universe, your body, your mind. My goals in life are never ending but my first is to conquer the body and soul I dreamed of by the help and support of Team Beachbody, my coach, my family, and my friends. Life's always challenging, why not start with a challenge that will change you forever? Enjoy the process because I know I will!
