In the winter of 2005 I actually stepped on a scale and saw I weighed 150 pounds!! At 5'7" that isn't considered obese, but I felt "sloppy". I had seen an infomercial for Power 90 and couldn't wait More ...
In the winter of 2005 I actually stepped on a scale and saw I weighed 150 pounds!! At 5'7" that isn't considered obese, but I felt "sloppy". I had seen an infomercial for Power 90 and couldn't wait for it to arrive. I did Power 90 faithfully for 3 months. BUT.... I never pushed myself to the limit, or changed my diet. I trimmed up and lost 5 pounds. By summer 2005 with all the kids home I stopped working out again. So... January 2006 decided to try Slim in 6. I pushed and challenged myself. Bought Turbo Jam series. Started playing a women's rec basketball league. Then... injury - plantar fascitis in April. Casts, physical therapy, threat of surgery. Long story short - unable to work out until January 2007. So, here I am AGAIN. I'm joining forces with Tony's Power 90 gang with Turbo Jam 20 minutes to "jazz" up the sculpt days. I've been rather depressed about my inability to do any serious physical activity. I'm energized and ready to re-commit.

So... it's 7/17/09 and here I am again. I ran three half-marathons and then injured my left foot again. Have not been able to run since November 2008. Depressed, let myself totally go. I was eating anything I wanted and weighed about 140 pounds. As of today I weigh 151 pounds!! UGGHHHH. I'm doing a mix of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred with Slim in Six and walking the dog for 30 minutes. My goal is to weigh 139 pounds by 9/1/09. I've got the summer off and the the time to commit at least 60 - 90 minutes/day on exercise.
