I am a Mom to 2 great kids and a wife to one great man! My husband and I plan to do P90X every Spring. Our 1st round was Spring of 2009. 2010 was my second time with X. I did 2 months and moved onto Insanity. It is Insane, but I like it. I also have TMT and love it as well. Stacking 3 in 30 mintes feels like a vaction from X, but still kicks my butt. MY husband and I started P90X spring of 2009. We loved it! Plan to do it each Spring. I tend to let myself slip in the winter months. In 2010 I did 2 months of X then I moved onto Insanity. Had a heart issue and could not finish my last week of Insanity. Sucked! My blood pressure got too low.
I am starting up with X on 3-28-11. I plan to do the meal plan this time. 2 of my major goals this time are to clean up the diet and drink, drink, drink the water.
