As far as my formal education goes, I'm a recipient of two bachelor’s degrees (Human Biology from UW-Green Bay and Accounting from Lakeland College) and currently working on a Masters of Business Administration at UW-River Falls.

I'm a fitness enthusiast and a former cheerleader for UW-Green Bay and the Green Bay Packers. I'm also a graduate of p90x, p90x+, and now dabbling with Tony Horton's One on One series. I can't wait until p90x:MC2 comes out later this year...I'm also looking to start a personal training business as a side career and also get my personal trainer certification.

Currently, I'm on another cycle of p90X+, but I'm also mixing in some of Tony Horton's One on One series. One on One Vol. 3 is TOUGH!...Don't attach yourself to the outcome and you will get through the workouts before you realize it.

Here's my story of how I ran into p90x: I never thought I would get the results that I had from a DVD series I saw on an infomercial, but after doing the same routine at the local YMCA or Gold's Gym for years and not getting the results I wanted, I took a chance on p90x after my wife originally ordered it for herself, but I ran with it and never looked back...and that YMCA membership I had; I canceled it after 3 weeks of p90x. If you stick with p90x or any of the other Beachbody programs, they will pay for themselves in a short amount of time.
