Hi new Friends!

My wife and I did P90X together for 2 rounds of P90X then I moved on to Insanity after one of my friends recommended that program to lose the last bit of belly fat I couldn't seem to drop after P90X. Insanity workouts are tough! I finished Insanity in September 2011. I saw the best improvements in terms of cardiovascular health and endurance using that program than anything else I have done so far. My wife and I started our third round of P90X in October after I finished Insanity. I can guarantee to you that this works if you commit to the program and follow the nutrition plan. We are currently doing P90X2 together and loving it!

One year and 9 months ago when I went on a trip with my family to the BVI my weight was hovering around 225 lbs, my cholesterol was too high, I was borderline hypertensive on the verge of diabetes type 2, and my liver function tests caused my GP to tell me to start doing something before my health started to plummet. I was too young to hear that from my doctor. Now after a full year of working out on our elliptical 3-5 days a week, after finishing 2 rounds of P90X, and almost (5 days left) one round of Insanity I'm down to 155 lbs. I'm in better shape today at 40 than I was in high school and on my last GP check-up everything looks good. So that says a lot. I fully endorse these programs. If all Americans did this we wouldn't be the fattest nation in the world. Thanks to the Beachbody workouts, I’m in the best shape of my life (at 40 yrs old). I feel and look better now than when I was in High School.
