As for me, I'm a 35 y/o active duty Soldier with a desire to live to at Dude!! What better place than Team Beach Body to find countless people all over the world with one common goal: TO GET IN BETTER SHAPE AND IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH. This site is perfect for sharing workout ideas, swapping recipes, reading testimonials, and most importantly, giving and receiving support from one another.
As for me, I'm a 35 y/o active duty Soldier with a desire to live to at least 150 years old and stay as fit as possible so I can continue to keep up with my best friend, my son. I've always been in "good enough" shape. I could easily max my Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) or run 10 miles no problem. I didn't realize how much more strong, lean, fit or healthy I could be until I tried my first P90X workout. Needless to say, Tony Horton really broke me off and I've been sold ever since. In addition to exercise, I've learned that diet is an even bigger factor towards being healthy. I'm still actively trying to transform my body and am hoping to encourage others to take the health challenge with me.
