year and finally decided to do something about getting in great shape. I've
been a runner for many years but all the wear and tear on my legs caused me
to look for other activities. I saw the P90x infomercial and was hooked.

Unfortunately, I had to wait for a bit to bet underway as I had shoulder
surgery in March, but was able to sample many of the workouts while
recovering. Gave me a great head start! I am almost completely recovered
and ready to bring it!
