I'm a banker training to be a pilot. Life is busy, but I've always made time to go to the gym. The problem is, I seem to plateau for a year at a time when I lift weights 2-3 times a week. I haven't seen results in a long time so I picked up P90X to hopefully see some dramatic results in the next 90 days!
