Hi, my name is Fran Horvath. When I found the Beachbody infomercials and started seeing a flatter tummy after just a few days of playing around I knew I had to get a program - but which one?

I was leaving for Maui in just a few days and I couldn't believe how easy it was for me and how fast I saw results with just the moves I saw on the commercials.

After researching the products I found out that I could actually become a coach. The idea really hit home with me since I just decided to leave my corporate job to do more fulfilling and inspired work.

I started my own business January 2007 but hadn't gotten around to spending any time getting back into shape and loosing the body fat that accumulated over 7 years of working 80 hours a week.

The MDB Coaching was the perfect way for me to enhance what I am doing professionally while also fulfilling my fitness goals.

Transformation story

I signed up as a coach, ran off to Maui, just got home and got in touch with my Coach, placed an order for the starter kit. It is scheduled to deliver tomorrow, 12/12/07. I have decided I am going to start with Power 90. Will update my transformation story as soon as I get started my workouts.
