A mother of 3, a sedentary job, and 40 years old is just too much sometimes! How did I get so fat??? Silly question, cause I know the answer. I think we all do. TIME FOR A CHANGE! I am getting married in April and have been hitting the gym for a couple months with such determination that I wish I had half of it years ago, then I wouldn't have to work so hard right now.

Everything just seems to be falling into place right now, including the up and coming challenge which I plan on kicking butt at! A Hawaiian beach wedding is definitely a great motivator. So is just being healthy for the rest of my life. I am happy that Bridget is my coach. Anyone that knows her I'm sure will agree that she has the energy to motivate anyone.
