I am already noticing increased strength and energy. I've also stopped eating all dairy products(in addition to my usual non-meat/fish twice a week diet) in order to lose fat!

I am now at 157lbs...and getting more toned...plus, I am once again a vegan(no dairy, meat,fish,etc..and the toughest part: no butter, which means most bread is off-limits, too. I eat much tofu, vegies and fruit. As well as Shakeology and now bee pollen, too!
I feel better and stronger; mentally as well as physically!!
