A few years ago, I tried TurboJam to get back to my high school weight in time for my Class Reunion. I used to work like a crazy person... starved my body, didn't sleep enough, had bad habits of eating late-nite plate lunches and lots of chocolate! While doing INSANITY, I became aware of my caloric intake, made time for daily workouts (Midnite Madness!!) & committed to ME. I love sharing all the joy & energy this has brought to my life. I am happier & better for it & I won't stop; I can't stop! Now I'm here to help others like me get started... & stick to their health, fitness & weight loss goals. Let'sss GO!!!
