More statistics| Bert41  Hello everyone. I am in my 60's, retired, and overweight. My wife and I live in Florida. I am a BeachBody coach, and my wife is my Beachbody coach. She signed me up over a year ago, and I started out with good intentions. I was about 40 pounds overweight, causing my cholesterol and blood pressure both to be elevated. Now, a year later, I am back to square one. I have never been one to do workouts, | ?
