I started this transformation April 2008, graduation was in July and I wanted to
look good, and in April I did not look good. I looked old, worn out and obese.
I was the heaviest I'd ever been 213 I was not carrying it well either. I
managed to get down to 198 for graduation and then I started working as a
RN. I couldn't focus on my career and my health at the same time, the job
was too new. So I put the weight loss on the back burner. In January 09 I
started with Weight Watchers and weighed in at 193, 20lbs lighter than in
April 08. Nice. I was still not feeling it though, I wanted to lose weight but I
couldn't pull myself out of the funk I had gotten into. Then my little brother
asked me if I had heard of P90X. I asked him if that was some sort of
supplement or video game. He told me all about it and how him and his
fiance (wife now) had been doing it and sent some pictures. OMG WOW they looked
freaking GREAT! So I decided I would do the program.

I did the program for almost 75 days and I was getting toned and firm all over and I felt GREAT! I couldn't believe the transformation. Then we were off to my brothers wedding in Alaska, when we came back, I really didn't come back, I was on permanent vacation, mentally and physically. I finally got a swift kick in the butt and started working out again in October 2009, then I tore cartilage in my knee, had surgery and was out for months got depressed, blah blah... However...

Here I am again, recovered and ready to get back that nicely toned and firm body and then some!!!
