Transformation story

I have worked out and love to run most of my life. I did gain a lot of weight
when my kids were born. It took me a longer time to but I lost that weight.

I have worked out and love to run most of my life. I did gain a lot of weight
when my kids were born. It took me a longer time to but I lost that weight.
However, after my divorce and a car accident I got very depressed and
stopped working out. I was in pain every day for almost a year. That's why I
joined Team Beachbody to get the support to get going again. Reading about
the other people's success stories really helps to encourage me. I have made
a commitment to get in shape & stay that way. I have been using the Slim in
6. It is one of the BEST workouts I have ever done! It is easy enough for
beginners. Most of the exercises are done standing up, so it is easy on the
body if you are overweight. I also think the NEW Tony Horton's 10 min
program is a great way to start back into working out. I also try to walk 20-
30 mins every day.
I would recommend trying different work out programs and doing different
exercises that you enjoy to make it a part of your life and avoid getting bored.
The diet on this program helps you lose fast and keeps you feeling full. Try
it, you'll like it! I recommend the protein and eating small portions every 3-4
hours and staying away from bread for at least the first 2 weeks to jump start
your loss! Drinking lots of water helps too!:)

I like to quote what Rocky said in his last movie: "It's not what knocked you
down that counts, it's how many hits you can take and get back up again."
Don't let anybody keep you down!!
