I started with Power 90 and then moved on to Power Half
Hour and Power 90X. I recently started doing Ho 'Ala Ke Kino (Awaken the Body) as a day off workout and stretch, but my everyday workout is Power 90. I think my results say it all. I lost 47 pounds and cut my body fat in half in just 90 days. I even won a trip to Kuaui, Hawaii from Beachbody. The trip was great, but I would gladly trade

I didn't mention this, but I started this workout while I held a full time job which required me to travel 4-6 days per week and I was a full time student working on my Bachelors degree. So, if I can do it with that busy schedule then so can you. Oh, and I still find time to do the workouts now with two little girls, a full time job and I am now working on my Masters. It is time to stop making excuses and start seeing results!! If I can get my lazy body moving then you can do this too.
