I grew up one of those skinny kids who could eat anything and everything and not put on a pound. In 1997 I joined the US Air Force at 5'11" and 135 lbs. Over the last 12 years I have gone from 135lbs More ...
I grew up one of those skinny kids who could eat anything and everything and not put on a pound. In 1997 I joined the US Air Force at 5'11" and 135 lbs. Over the last 12 years I have gone from 135lbs to 170 lbs of muscle all the way to 240 lbs being fat and finally to 210 lbs is where I am now. I hope to get at a lean 185lbs by the end of the program!
