Relatively Health 42 year old, who hides weight well on a 5' 8" frame. Looking to loose 10-15 lbs in the tummy area and upper thigh. Have lost over 25 lbs before, and pretty much kept it off. I fluctuate within 5 lbs. Want a tighter body, more energy, and more confidence (although pretty confident already). I camp a lot at the beach, and refuse to wear one piece bathing suits! Yuck!
