217.6 on day one of INSANITY! 2 weeks later on first Fit Test I was 210.6... After Month 1 I was 208. Currently in Recovery week (08/20/12 - 08/24/12). I remember lacking the confidence to engage the commitment of INSANITY but that's gone. Month 2 is imminent and I'm looking forward to crushing it and proving to myself that Motivation and Action = Results.
